The validity of the agreement extends for one academic year for purchases of books and other materials, and for 15 days from delivery for products without books.
Eligibility
The website is intended for use by representatives of schools or individuals who intend to start a school. Users must have the authority to act on behalf of their institution.
Products and Services
BrandMyPreschoolKit.com provides one-stop solutions for preschool owners, offering kits for playgroup, nursery, junior KG, senior KG, and up to grade 5. We offer customizable kits where schools can choose book covers, logos, and uniform colors. Additional items like aprons, caps, ID cards, escort cards, and child folders are also available for customization. Schools can also choose to customize the packaging box with their details.
Order Process
- Minimum order size: 5 kits.
- Orders can be placed via our website or directly through our sales team.
Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
- The balance must be cleared before the dispatch of materials.
User Responsibilities
Users are expected to provide accurate information for order customization and timely payments. Any misuse of the platform or non-compliance with these terms may result in the cancellation of services.
Limitation of Liability
BrandMyPreschoolKit.com will not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, logistical issues, or third-party errors.
Termination
The company reserves the right to cancel accounts or orders if the balance amount is not paid within the stipulated time.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Replacements
Replacements are allowed for defective or incorrect items only, once the issue is verified. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized kits with a school’s logo are not eligible for return unless they are proven defective.
Process for Replacements
- Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or issue must be submitted.
- Once approved, replacements will be processed within 7 working days.

Shipping Policy
Delivery TimeOrders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after order confirmation, as per the specifications communicated by the sales representative. For larger volumes or customized orders, delivery may take up to 30 days.
Shipping ChargesShipping charges are applied separately and communicated during the order process.
TrackingTracking details will be provided once the order is shipped, allowing customers to monitor the delivery status.
